Refund Policy
Transparent refund terms
This policy governs all JORALO subscription and service refund requests.
1. Eligibility Window
Refunds are accepted within 7 days from payment confirmation for first-time purchases, subject to account verification.
2. Verification Requirements
You must provide valid Secret ID and Secret Key associated with the original purchase before processing can begin.
3. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are initiated within 1 to 3 business days and returned to the original payment method where possible.
4. Non-Eligible Cases
Requests outside the eligibility window, duplicate claims, or invalid credential submissions may be declined.
