This Privacy Policy explains how JORALO handles information for subscriptions and platform access. Our model is built to run with minimal user data and custom credentials per subscription.

1. Information We Collect

JORALO does not collect personal profile data such as full name, address, age, or identity documents for normal use. For subscription access, the system generates custom credentials (Secret ID and Secret Key) per purchase and stores only the minimum service records required to validate access.

2. How We Use Information

Credential and subscription records are used only to authenticate access, enable paid features, process refund verification, and protect platform integrity.

3. Data Sharing

JORALO does not sell user data. Payment-related details may be handled by payment providers and infrastructure partners only as needed to complete transactions and deliver the service.

4. Security

Generated credentials are treated as sensitive access data. We apply reasonable safeguards for storage and transmission, but users are responsible for keeping credentials private.

5. Data Retention and Contact

Service records are retained only for operational, billing, and security needs. For privacy or credential-related requests, contact support through the official JORALO support channel.
